How do you apply for or renew your CAL if you are a Quebec resident ?

You must send a complete request. This includes:

  1. The CAL application form available online.
  2. A proof of eligibility.
  3. A photo of your face.

How to send the complete request?

There are three (3) ways you can send your request:

  1. Online
  2. By email :
  3. By mail :
    • Return the completed form, proof of eligibility, and photo to:

How to renew your CAL?

You can renew your CAL 4 months before its expiry date.

An email or letter will be sent to you automatically 4 months before your expiry date to explain the steps to complete your renewal.

We suggest you do your renewal at least 2 months before the expiry date so that your new CAL is sent to you as soon as possible.

To make your renewal request, have the following information on hand:

  • Phone number;
  • Address;
  • E-mail;
  • Photo;
  • Proof of eligibility.

Here are your options for renewing your Leisure Support Card (CAL):

  1. The update form available online:
    • For people who have provided an email address, a link will be sent to you in an automated email that you will receive 4 months before the due date
