How do I become a CAL partner organization?

The Companion Leisure Card (CAL) replaces the former Tourist and Leisure Assistance Sticker (TLCS).

If you are already a partner organization of the TLCS: , contact your regional disability recreation authority confirm your membership to the CAL now.

If you are not a TLCS partner, please fill out the online partnership form..

The application form consists of three (3) parts to be completed:

1. A page for your organization’s contact information.
2. A page of details to describe the activities you offer. Please add as many detail pages as there are activities offered by your organization.
3. A Memorandum of Understanding section: to be a partner, you must adhere to the contents of the Memorandum of Understanding by checking the box under the Signature section.

If the name of your organization matches the name of your activity, please write it in both places. Afterwards, it is very important to check the category or categories that relate to your activity as this is linked directly to the search engine that will allow the CAL users to find your activity.
